I'm Veronica, your Kettlebell Strength & Non-Diet Nutrition Coach.

I help folks who are DONE with toxic diet and fitness culture.

I offer support to help you create an inclusive, affirming fitness practice that allows you to unmask, embrace your most authentic self, and get strong in fun, challenging ways.

I advocate for a fitness practice that makes room for the full spectrum of our body diversity, neurodiverse experience, and queerness.
